Inestabilidad de laderas y metodología para la reparación del daño y concientización, Santo Tomás Chautla, Puebla, México
Main Article Content
Abstract
Geomorphological events derived from slope instability known as landslides cause damage in various areas of Mexico, causing deaths among the population due to the geographic characteristics of the site, which are not suitable for construction, thus intensifying the existing degree of marginalization.
In Santo Tomas Chautla, Puebla, a landslide occurred, causing the death of seven people, thus the urgency of establishing management and awareness mechanisms with the population and reducing the risk.
The result provides methodology on the main areas vulnerable to slope instability based on slope, degradation, humidity and marginalization.
Concluding with a reflection of the risk by the authorities to the population for a possible relocation, always with respect and never imposing.
