Abstract

The supply of electricity has become indispensable in the development of the current society. The population is constantly growing and thus problem of increasing energy demand. The form of electric power generation has remained unchanged despite increasing customer requirements. The use of non-polluting alternative energies has been introduced more and more with the aim of contributing with the solution of the problem of the growing energy demand. In this paper, we expose the operation, testing and results of a commercial micro grid with solar and wind power for didactic use in order to know its dynamics, input and use as an optimal way of electrical energy management.
